Shipping policy

  1. All orders will be processed within 3-5 weeks of receipt, pending availability and credit card verification. This is an estimate, however orders may take longer due to logistics reasons 

  2. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number and the tracking information will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.

  3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

  4. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  5. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

  6. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
